Isaac M. Ireri
Director
As the Director, Isaac has vast experience in all the major aspects of transfer pricing which include restructuring, compliance, implementation and defence, as well as the valuation of intangible property.
Isaac began his career in transfer pricing in 2004 with a boutique firm in Dallas, and later, Ernst & Young (US), Deloitte (East Africa) and Viva Africa Consulting before founding Transfer Pricing Partners Limited (TP Partners ) in 2012.
Isaac has a BA in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and holds an MBA from the University of Texas (Dallas).
Beryl Amatta
Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager, Beryl’s responsibilities include leading the technical delivery on projects, coordinating deliverables with clients, mentoring associates, planning and facilitating client training seminars, as well as leading the team’s social and environmental corporate responsibility initiatives.
Beryl has a Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics from Strathmore University and a Master’s in Business Analysis and Consulting from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK). She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K).
Marydarlin Maiga
Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, Marydarlin is mainly engaged in mapping out project plans and allocation of assignments, managing the preparation of deliverables by the Associates, and handling both Client and Team queries as the arise. She is also involved in coordinating flow of information during both transfer pricing documentation and audit engagements.
Marydarlin has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), and is currently pursuing her ACCA certification.
Associates
Associates are engaged in the execution of project deliverables which entails carrying out economic, functional and financial analyses, and preparing transfer pricing documentation of the same, taking into consideration our clients needs.
Stanley Ndonye
Senior Associate
Stanley joined TP Partners soon after completing his undergraduate studies. He has a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing his CPA certification. As a Senior Associate, Stanley is mainly engaged in leading functional interviews, coordinating exchange of information with Clients, and collaborating with associates in the performance of economic studies, transfer pricing analyses and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
Lilian Macahria
Senior Associate
Prior to joining TP Partners, Lilian worked as a Junior Credit Analyst at Lipa Later where she honed her research, financial modelling, and risk analysis skills. Lilian has a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University. As a Senior Associate, Lilian is mainly engaged in coordinating the execution of technical project deliverables such as financial models, industry analyses, comparability tests and transfer pricing documentation. Additionally, she is involved in transfer pricing audits.
Audrey Wamaitha
Associate
Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Mount Kenya University. As an Associate, she is mainly involved in conducting benchmarking and market studies, conducting in-depth research and preparing transfer pricing documentation. Moreover, she closely monitors changes in local and global tax laws and regulations, to ensure transfer pricing engagements are effective and compliant.
